Welcome to the site for International Journal of Rural Law and Policy, published annually. Issues covered in this journal demonstrate the interdisciplinary, sometimes conflicting and often complex nature of rural law and policy. From protecting farmlands and conserving nature, to sharing water and other resources, to protecting borders, this area of law and policy is one of the real challenges facing domestic and international governance.
Each issue will cover a theme within the rural law and policy framework. Articles within that theme are submitted (often by invitation by the journal's editors) to the journal by experts in that subject area. Each article is peer reviewed at least twice before publication.
International Journal of Rural Law and Policy
The International Journal of Rural Law and Policy publishes special themed editions as well as unsolicited, relevant and peer reviewed articles as they are completed. It covers the many interdisciplinary and complex issues which make up rural law and policy. The journal is online and is free to registered users. Registration is free.
